All of the food concessions on our midway are company owned, which allows us to ensure the strictest controls on quality. Guests will find our food concessions to be modern, state-of-the-art trailers. Our concessions offer the freshest products available, including Michigan apples, potatoes, and of course, Fontanini sausages. We also provide canopied seating areas located adjacent to the food concessions.
