Our general operating premise is that the customer is king.  We instill that concept into the employees through out training program.  This program includes such topics as guest relations, customer service, ride operation and inspection, along with emergency procedures.  The effectiveness of our program is evident through the professionalism shown to customers playing games, riding rides, or purchasing something from one of the food concessions.  Customers are shown courtesy and respect.  Adherence to these simple concepts is why we have been in business for over 100 years.


Our employees are the key to our operation. In order to attract and keep top quality personnel, we provide a training program and provide them with a positive work place, where behavioral boundaries are set and enforced. We have invested over $150,000 in eight trailer-mounted bunkhouses where our employees are housed. We have a grooming code that insists that our employees are neat and clean. All employees that interact with the public are in uniforms.

Our employees provide the safe, fun, family atmosphere where guests can relax and have a good time.  Top quality attractions along with well-trained employees are the reason Skerbeck Carnival is a place to which customers return to year after year.
